LC6000系統可以完成從克級到公斤級的分離純化工作，其應用領域非常廣泛，例如：天然產物提取、合成化合物的分離、手性化合物的拆分等。
如果選用動態軸向壓縮制備柱，會讓它的分離性能更出色。
